Background options
BoxPress has an enviable background control system.
Below is a list of all background options that pop-up from $bpBkgOpt in the Key Attributes table.
There are three types of background option.
- Background triggers that activate color, texture, or image. Color can be combined with both texture and image, in case the latter have an alpha (transparency) channel. There is also a CARD trigger, which transforms teaser pages so that the sections appear as floating cards, rather than by horizontal rules.
- Override attributes the contents of the above are inherited by prototype. Assign values to the overrides, however, and you can set them per individual card. And by adding the BKG-BEQUEATH trigger, you can send these to the note’s children as well.
- Trigger modifiers determine whether the image or texture scrolls or is fixed, and whether it stretches to fit horizontally, vertically, or both.
