TYPE: Self-mastery

PURPOSE: This Audio-visual Meditation Loop demonstrates the difficulty and practice of transcending-and-including compulsive intentionality.

CONTEXT: Nona just performed a soul-mixing shamanic healing operating on Kirk. In reality, she is the femme fatal—the ultra-sexy female that solicits all-devouring obsession.

METHOD:

There are two versions of the Loop:

1. Short version.
2. Long version.

Short version

Apprehend Nona as an attempt. It only becomes a fact if you affirm it. Countering a presence with an absent rule or principle is difficult. So use training wheels—a concrete image. Will is best anchored on its own intended object. The object we intend here is the skeptical Spock eyebrow-raise here performed by Bulldog Bones. Be that eyebrow lift continuously. The lift occurs sporadically, but you should schematize it continuously from the attitude.

On the sixth and seventh iterations, a subtle stutter has been inserted. This is a Tibetan meditation bell rung to call your attention to the fabricated nature of the speech. Retain awareness of the speech as fabricated attempt.

Long version

Same as the above, but note that there is more speech attempting to distract you. Keep riveted on the eyebrow and let the complexity of the speech pass through you. The eyebrow penetrates all.
