The outer-real is wave function city. The observer, which is strangely inner to itself, is the realizer. The function of the observer is to drink waves and excrete particularity. This is the power of higher-dimensional consciousness—it is a power of determination (wave function collapse) over space.

It is over space in two ways: it is aware of space in a direct way that extends beyond any present (visible) barriers, and it determines the becoming of the real contents of space.
