PURPOSE: This Audio-visual Meditation Loop settles you into a proper questioning attitude.
METHOD: Kirk admits that he is lost. But he does not despair—he jams his face between the bars to see what’s going on. When the going gets rough, get investigative. Finally, he blinks in reflection.
The steps are:
- Confession—Kirk speaks of being lost, or out of touch with right action.
- Investigation—Kirk jams his face between the bars. Come into present time and see what is.
- Reflection—Kirk blinks. What life have you made for yourself? What have you been doing?
Your job is to stay with Kirk’s face.
