The Up button automatically takes you up the containment hierarchy to the closest exported ancestor page—and even highlights the appropriate SmartButton. Previously, going Up required forcing the parent note to export (using OWNPAGE).

SmartButtons made from child aliases can take you to the original note rather than the expected literal location (the child alias).
